If you have a membership and are riding, you will need to pay for a cart  [either with links below one hour before or in the Pro Shop 1/2 hour before your tee time] and if you pay online, you don’t have to go to the Pro Shop, just go to the tee 15 min before your tee time. We send the names to the Pro Shop. However, if you know any of the ladies you are golfing with, you could let one of them know that you will be meeting them at the 1st tee. If you don’t know any of the golfers, they will find out when they go into the Pro Shop.

If you have a membership and are walking, you don’t have to do anything but go to your first tee, 15 min before your tee time. We send the names to the Pro Shop. PLEASE CALL THE PRO SHOP AT LEAST 1/2 HOUR BEFORE YOUR TEE TIME IF YOU CANNOT PLAY.

 

If you don’t cancel at the Pro Shop, the assumption is that you will be going to play and will be ready at the tee 15 minutes before your tee time. If you wish, you can call the Pro Shop and let them know you will be at the 1st tee. They will know you are walking, because it will be on the Tee Sheet.

IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU ARE AT THE TEE 15 MIN BEFORE YOUR TIME IN CASE THE GROUP GETS OFF EARLY.

Send an e-mail to ladyduffersgolf@gmail.com. Make sure to COPY yourself, so that you will know it was received. When you receive your copy, forward it to the others in your foursome, do not send the original request to them.

Requests received after Thursday noon will NOT be shown on the published tee time sheets on the web. You may call the Nottawasaga Pro Shop on Saturday afternoon with last minute cancellations or to see if any tee times are left. No guarantees. Please do not abuse this privilege.. 

 

The Co-Captains will do their best to accommodate groups and times.

Please understand that not everyone can be Early or Late.
